Self Dumping Skips
Self dumping bins, or crane hopper, are unmatched in efficient material dumping. With the self dumping bin you never have to leave the crane or utilize multiple personnel to unhook rigging again. Simply set the full bin down, move the crane hook backwards to get into dump position, then lift again. Crane self dumpers can easily increase worksite efficiency 10 fold over traditional crane material dumping methods.

Self Dumping Bins FAQ’s
The crane hook attaches to a swinging arm on top of the bin. With the arm forward, it grabs the lifting pegs to carry the bin. To dump, set the bin down, swing the arm back so it holds only the bottom peg, and lift the hook. The bin tips and empties without anyone touching it.
The most common mistake people will make is loading material weight too far towards the back of the bin. Weight is needed at the front of the bin to tip it forward when in dump position.
