What is a man basket? Man baskets are steel cages designed to be suspended from cranes and allowing personnel to do work safely at heights that are ordinarily out of reach. All of our man baskets can be customized to fit your unique needs. Lakeshore Industrial man baskets are load tested at 200% of their rated capacity, include harness tie off points and grab rails to ensure all OSHA and ASME regulations are exceeded. Lakeshore Industrial not only follows all regulations but we also exceed them. We are the only manufacturer to use heavy duty 2″ square tubing on all of our crane baskets. Because of our high end quality we also offer a three-year warranty on all our man baskets for cranes.
